Local Delivery
LIVforPETS hand delivers for free to customers living in the below areas when using a valid free local delivery coupon code.
Customers outside of the below areas will need to checkout using one of the paid delivery methods. In the case where an order is placed by customers outside of these areas without paying delivery fee's. Customer will be contacted to either arrange delivery payment or refunded for items ordered.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item from the date received.
Items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. Contact us on olivia@livforpets.co.uk if you have any questions on how to return an item.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned item, it will be inspected and you'll be notified on the status of your refund.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3-5 days depending on your card issuers policies.
Shipping
Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable; If eligible for a refund the original shipping costs will be deducted from you refund.
